Where Abouts
2018:
My partner, Lena, and I have been developing quite an incredible work of art together and independently. I have created G-Force Gaia Services, LLC, a company allowing me to better serve the community through local action, regionally appropriate landscaping, rainwater and greywater systems, and much more. Lena has started Magical Movement and will be teaching children about physical, sensational, emotional, and spiritual awareness through dance, natural interaction, and personal inspection. Providing restorative and ecological design & practices in order to best serve our community, water, and land I just finished being in Moab, Utah for a 5-month long internship focusing on natural building for affordable housing with Community Rebuilds. It was incredible to be living with my partner, Lena Jaffe, and 15 other interns working for this organization towards these great goals.
This was also an experiment in many ideas of mine. I was working full-time each week, and although I did have a place to stay, I only got a $100 food stipend a month. I wanted the amount I am working to be enough to support me, and that meant asking and receiving gifts of food and money, to some extent. I also applied for food stamps, we went to the local food banks, and we had the gift from the local CSA and the Youth Garden Project each week. Going to stores before closing for discounted produce, and visiting local dumpsters and trash from grocery stores and restaurants to supply for our needs were all approached. We are also helping each other out communally with organized dinners 4 days out of the week. We were fortunate enough to mostly all get approved for about $180/month from food stamps, which made a world of difference.

I am going to create landscapes, homes, and connection with a deep sense of ecology, love, permaculture, and care. I want to see ourselves and our places heal, and I will actively be moving myself and anyone else who wants to towards that. I want to work with any aspects that are involved with what creating a more beautiful world looks like... including myself, family, neighborhoods, government, corporations, people, plants, animals, water, community & all.
